Perfect for Families but not without its flaws

The hotel had a killer breakfast that was available all day with coffee tea and ice water never running out plus they had a cozy lounging area that was perfect for relaxing after a long day. I really liked the room it was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed including a nice clean pool for the kids to splash around in which kept them entertained for hours.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but honestly it was decent for what we got.

Families may find it satisfactory

The staff was super friendly, went out of their way to help us when the pull-out bed was missing bedding. It was great to have a hot breakfast, that part really hit the spot – nothing fuel like some eggs and sausage in the morning, right?

We had a great time with friends! The location is convenient for visiting The Hershey Pantry and the local golf courses. The game room was a fun hangout for us. Just keep in mind, the breakfast could be hit or miss, and the room had some housekeeping issues but nothing major to ruin our stay.

The TV signal went out due to the rain, which was pretty frustrating since we wanted to relax with some shows and couldn't. Would have liked better connectivity.

My kids wished the pool area was cleaner and better maintained with more towels available.

However, the elevator situation was a real hassle, failing multiple times during my stay and forcing us to take the stairs, which is just not ideal. I was also frustrated to find out the pool was closed for renovations, especially since I specifically booked this place for that amenity. Additionally, the room cleanliness left a lot to be desired with dingy bathroom floors and a lack of proper housekeeping. Not to mention the parking situation due to ongoing facade renovations wasn’t mentioned anywhere when I booked.

What a fantastic stay! The king suite was spacious and perfect for our family, especially with the full kitchen for snacks. Breakfast had delicious waffles that everyone loved, and the pool was a nice way to unwind after a busy day.

the room was clean and the staff were friendly. It’s just a quick walk to hershey gardens and chocolate world, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. as a couple, we enjoyed our time here. but we did encounter some noise from other guests, which could be better managed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Hershey. The location offered easy access to local attractions, and the breakfast spread was quite good. Although the pool had issues, the staff's attentiveness made up for it. A great Americana experience!

Staff was attentive and ensured the coffee station was stocked. The location was super convenient, next to The Hershey Pantry for easy dining.

My recent stay at Hampton Inn was very pleasant. The room I had, a One-Bedroom King Suite Kitchen Non-Smoking, was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable workspace that met my business needs. The staff was attentive and ensured that everything was set up correctly, and I especially appreciated the high-speed Wi-Fi and coffee available 24/7 in the lobby, which kept me energized throughout my stay.

the hampton inn was a great value and the location was ideal! it was close to all the tourist attractions without being in the busy center. the staff were really friendly, making our stay pleasant. we enjoyed the heated indoor pool, which was a hit with everyone.
